WFB Talk’s Mother Day Presentation

11 May

The crew at Women’s Football Talk would like to wish you a Happy Mother’s Day.  Today on the show is a special Mother’s Day presentation.  Robin uploaded some audio that we will play the first 34 minutes of the show.  In that is the introduction, interview with Margie Wells, breast cancer survivor as well as player for the Sacramento Sirens, while they attended the Susan G. Komen Race for the cure. Margie rallies fellow friends, family and players together to raise at least $5,000 every year for the cause.

Also there will be an interview with Mama Grove (a.k.a. Robin’s Mom).  Mama Grove
has been a big part of women’s football for the past eight years.
Hear stories that she will share.
